Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for unworn items with tags attached and within seven days of receipt of purchase for store credit which is valid for one year. All on-sale items are non-returnable.

Prior to returning an item:

- Contact Renegade Cowgirl prior to returning the merchandise. You will be issued a return authorization number.
- Write the return authorization number on the packing slip you received with your purchase.
- Return the item to Renegade Cowgirl using the address below. We strongly suggest using a method of shipping that can be tracked (U.S. Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx...)
- Items which received free shipping will have $10 deducted from the store credit amount.
